How is this done?
Any time a malfunction is detected by your vehicle, a "Diagnostic Trouble Code" (DTC) is stored in the engine control module (ECM). This trouble code provides technicians a place to start their diagnosis to properly fix your vehicle's problem.
With Movi® you can access these trouble codes, retrieve the vehicle's freeze frame data (data that was stored at the time the malfuncation occurred), and clear the data, which can turn your check engine light off.

- Movi® is a software product designed for Mac OS X that, in combination with OBD 2 interfaces that use the ELM327 chip,
provides communication with a vehicle's engine diagnostic system. - Movi® can be used as many times as you like, with any vehicle
which supports OBD 2.
- Movi® software has the ability to turn off the "check engine" light only. TCM (Transmission), ABS, SRS (Airbags), TPMS (Tire Monitors) and other dashboard lights are not read nor affected by Movi®.
- Movi® is solely intended to interpret the information which is stored in or relayed to the Onboard Diagnostics (OBD) system.
